Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Real Estate Specialist II in Blue Bell, PA, onsite, reporting to the Senior Director of Real Estate, to execute day-to-day activities across a 360+ property portfolio.

You will manage lease analysis, negotiations, draft lease agreements, coordinate payments, and maintain the real estate database, while collaborating with landlords, brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely lease extensions and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in corporate real estate or property management.
• Experience supporting multiple groups or departments.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease analysis and negotiation of business terms for various commercial, industrial real estate transactions.
• Draft communications, notices, and lease documents for landlords and property managers.
• Prepare contracts for execution and request Certificates of Insurance.
• Maintain lease administration database and generate monthly real estate reports.
