Job summary

Entergy seeks a Supervisor, Rad Operations to provide first-line supervision of Radiation Protection Operations staff at the Killona, LA site. You will oversee daily RP tasks, manage priorities, and ensure safe, compliant operation on shift.

Responsibilities include leading a multi-disciplinary team, assisting in budget development, and coordinating with other Entergy sites and regulatory bodies. ANSI/ANS standards knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in the craft or discipline supervised.
• Experience with ANSI/ANS standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to assist in RP budget development and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Manages a multi-disciplined group possibly including union and contractor oversight.
• Leads the work management process and assists in RP budget development.
• Communicates with all levels and represents the department at meetings.
• Ensures tasks are performed safely and efficiently; proposes time-saving tooling and methods.
• Ensures RP activities comply with regulatory and procedural guidelines.
• Manages personnel, resolves conflicts, and coordinates with other Entergy sites for resource sharing.
