Entergy Corporation seeks a Supervisor, Rad Operations in Killona, LA to provide first-line supervision of Radiation Protection Operations personnel, both full-time and temporary, ensuring safe and productive performance of on-shift tasks. The role manages priorities and interfaces with multiple levels of the organization.

Qualifications include a BS in Engineering or related field, 4 years in relevant craft, and at least 5 years in RP Operations; ANSI standards knowledge is required.

Formación

• BS in Engineering or related technical degree; may credit 3 years experience.
• 4 years of craft experience; 5 years in RP Operations.
• ANSI/ANS standards and regulatory guidelines knowledge.
• Technical proficiency in RP Operations; nuclear generation principles.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a multi-disciplined RP group including union/contractor oversight.
• Oversee RP work management; assist in budget development and execution.
• Represent RP in meetings; maintain communication across the organization.
• Ensure tasks are performed safely and efficiently; propose tooling and methods.
• Interface with Entergy sites and regulatory bodies; participate in Emergency Response.
