Entergy is seeking a Radiation Protection Operations supervisor to provide first-line supervision of RP staff on site in New Orleans, ensuring safe, productive operations. You will oversee on-shift activities, balance competing priorities, and lead a multi-disciplinary team that may include union and contractor oversight.

Formación

• Minimum education required is a B.S. in Engineering or related technical degree.
• 4 years of experience in the craft or discipline supervised.
• At least 5 years of experience in RP Operations.
• Technical proficiency in RP Operations and understanding of nuclear generation principles.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises Entergy RP Operations personnel (full-time and temporary).
• Manages multiple and potentially conflicting priorities and on-shift activities.
• Leads work management processes and assists in RP budget development.
• Ensures safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to procedures.
• Interfaces with sites, regulators, and Emergency Response Organization.
