Job summary

Globalchannelmanagement is seeking a Senior R&D Coordinator to support formula changes, manage R&D data and samples, and assist in moving records to a SAP-based platform.

You will coordinate changes across teams, organize records with Data Management, track schedules, and support sensory evaluations and the Product Experience team. This 100% onsite role requires a technical degree and strong Excel and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical degree and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with data management and documentation is essential.
• Proficiency with Excel and data-entry processes is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate formula changes across teams and report status of related R&D work.
• Work with Data Management to organize formula-change records and track schedule.
• Receive, track, organize and distribute incoming product and raw-material samples.
• Support sensory evaluations and the Product Experience team.
• Serve as liaison between Data Management, Formulation, Product Experience, Packaging, Sensory, Fragrance and IT.
• Collect documents (specs, SDS, certificates) from suppliers for data migration.
• Assist the Director of Product Performance as needed.
