Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Springdale, Arkansas is seeking a Quality Non‑Working Team Lead to oversee document control, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance across the site. You will coordinate with FAA and customers, maintain the Quality Management System, and lead quality support functions to ensure adherence to standards.

This onsite role requires a HS diploma and a minimum of 6 years' relevant experience, with demonstrated leadership and a focus on continuous improvement and regulatory

Qualifications

• HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support quality matters involving the FAA.
• Assist the Quality Systems and Compliance Manager in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Prepare, update, and maintain quality documentation, processes, and training materials.
• Manage the Documents/Library Department, Quality SharePoint, HQMS, and oversee daily activities when the Manager is unavailable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality systems remain compliant and efficient.
• Conduct and support internal audits, identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
