Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, located at Holt (US), is seeking a Quality Liaison to drive manufacturing and business process improvements onsite. You will manage producibility opportunities, align value streams with PW Holt, and lead QN activities including RCCA and MRB interpretations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering with 5+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years, plus familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001 and Six Sigma Green Belt.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related engineering field and minimum 5 years experience, or Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years experience.
• Preferred: Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent; knowledge of RRCA, continuous improvement practices.
• Familiarity with AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify producibility opportunities and develop business cases to justify improvements.
• Collaborate on deviations and establish milestones with CIPT/ESTO.
• Lead quality notifications, RCCA development, and investigation activities.
