Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Quality Non-Working Team Lead to support the Quality Systems and Compliance Manager. You will oversee document control, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and quality performance across the site.

This onsite role coordinates with FAA and maintains the QMS while guiding quality support functions. You will prepare quality documentation, manage training materials, and lead supplier quality efforts, audits, and CAPA activities to ensure compliance with standards and

Qualifications

• HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and advanced technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee document control and audit readiness to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance activities and FAA-related quality matters.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) with procedures and metrics.
• Prepare, update, and maintain quality documentation and training materials.
• Lead the Documents/Library Department and Quality SharePoint operations when manager is unavailable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep quality systems compliant and efficient.
• Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee supplier quality performance and CAPA for non-conforming material.
• Guide EH&S, quality, delivery and continuous improvement objectives.
