Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Springdale, AR is seeking a motivated Team Lead – Facilities to provide technical leadership and coordinate facilities and maintenance activities at a state-of-the-art manufacturing site. The role emphasizes safe, reliable operation and continuous improvement within an FAA-regulated environment.

You will mentor Facilities Technicians, prioritize work, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EH&S, and Site Leadership to maximize uptime and maintain critical

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma with several years of maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience leading a facilities team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA FAA environmental and safety requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the Facilities team and coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Prioritize work orders, assign personnel, and manage contractor coordination.
• Mentor technicians and drive continuous improvement in reliability and safety.
• Ensure facility infrastructure (HVAC, utilities, building systems) operates safely and efficiently.
• Support audits and maintain accurate maintenance documentation in CMMS/ERP.
