The ideal candidate has 8+ years QA experience, 3+ years leadership, strong RCA/8D/CAPA, ISO/IATF knowledge, hands-on PCBA/box build, and a track record of reducing defects and improving yield, with customer-facing responsibilities. Preferred ASQ CQE/CQM and Lean Six Sigma belts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of quality experience in an EMS environment.
- Minimum 3 years of quality leadership or management experience.
- Hands-on experience with PCBA and Box Build manufacturing.
- Customer-facing quality management including escalations, audits and complaint resolution.
- Expertise in root cause analysis, 8D, CAPA and corrective actions.
- Experience supporting SMT, Through-Hole, Functional Test, Final Inspection, and NPI processes.
- Knowledge of quality systems and compliance: ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, IATF 16949.
- Experience driving continuous improvement, defect reduction, yield improvement, and reducing scrap/rework.
- Ability to lead and develop quality engineering teams.
