The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of EMS quality experience, 3+ years in leadership, hands-on PCBA/Box Build expertise, and a proven track record in customer-facing quality management and continuous improvement. You will lead the quality engineering team, drive defect reduction and yield improvements, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of quality experience in an EMS environment.
• Minimum 3 years of quality leadership or management.
• Hands-on PCBA and box build manufacturing experience.
• Proven customer-facing quality management including escalations and audits.
• Strong root cause analysis, 8D, CAPA, and corrective action programs.
• Experience supporting SMT, Through-Hole, Functional Test, Final Inspection, and NPI.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and IATF 16949.
• Experience leading quality engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the quality engineering team.
• Manage customer quality, including escalations and audits.
• Drive continuous improvement, defect reduction, and yield improvements.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF quality standards.
