Job summary

Job Juncture in Fremont, CA is seeking a Quality Engineering Manager for a 100% onsite role. The candidate will lead a quality engineering team with extensive EMS/PCBA manufacturing experience and a proven track record in customer quality management and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong RCA/8D/CAPA skills, hands-on PCBA/box build expertise, and the ability to drive defect reduction and yield improvements while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and IATF 16949.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of quality experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment.
• Minimum 3 years of quality leadership or management experience.
• Hands-on experience with PCBA and Box Build manufacturing.
• Proven customer-facing quality management experience, including customer escalations, audits, and complaint resolution.
• Strong expertise in root cause analysis, 8D, CAPA, and corrective action programs.
• Experience supporting SMT, Through‑Hole, Functional Test, Final Inspection, and NPI processes.
• Knowledge of quality systems and compliance, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and IATF 16949.
• Experience driving continuous improvement, defect reduction, yield improvement, and reducing scrap/rework.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop quality engineering teams.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of quality experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment.
• Minimum 3 years of quality leadership or management experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with PCBA and Box Build manufacturing
• Proven customer‑facing quality management experience, including customer escalations, audits, and complaint resolution.
