Qualifications

• 8+ years quality experience in an EMS environment.
• 3+ years of quality leadership or management experience.
• Hands-on PCBA and box build manufacturing quality expertise.
• Customer-facing quality management experience including escalations, audits and complaint resolution.
• Strong root cause analysis, 8D, CAPA and corrective actions.
• Experience supporting SMT, Through-Hole, Functional Test, Final Inspection, and NPI processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and IATF 16949 quality systems.
• Drive continuous improvement, defect reduction, yield improvement, and scrap/rework reduction.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop quality engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality engineering team and manage customer quality activities.
• Oversee customer escalations, audits, and complaint resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and scrap.
• Support EMS PCBA manufacturing processes and NPI.
