Job summary

Ingersoll Rand Sedalia, MO is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure products meet strict quality standards and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and service functions. You will lead root cause analysis, manage CAPAs, and participate in ISO-compliance activities to strengthen product reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive quality experience required; in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years with MS Office Suite, including Excel.
• 1+ year of experience with ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle/JDE.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document quality improvements and controls.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions across plants.
• Maintain ISO compliance documentation and audits.
• Investigate supplier-related quality issues and manage CAPAs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and service.
