• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, ideally Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years in Engineering or Quality Engineering.
• 3+ years investigating product, supplier, or internal quality issues.
• Experience with quality processes and continuous improvement.
• Advanced Excel with VLOOKUP, macros; Smartsheet workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Drive process and quality improvements; lead QPI for new products.
• Develop and maintain process controls and QA docs.
• Audit quality management systems and support ISO audits.
• Investigate quality issues; perform root-cause analysis.
• Manage supplier quality and corrective actions.
• Analyze quality metrics and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, ops, and customers on design reviews.
• Support employee training on quality standards.
