Step into a Quality Engineer role with Gardner Denver - Industrial Technology and Services, LLC, a division of Ingersoll Rand, where your work directly impacts product performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence at our Sedalia operation. You'll help ensure products meet exacting quality standards while supporting the transformation of metal castings and raw materials into high-performing products used around the world. In this highly collaborative role, you'll serve as a key problem‑solving partner across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, customer service, warranty, and purchasing. Using the plant Quality Management System, you'll respond to quality issues, lead root cause analysis, identify risks, and drive corrective and preventive actions that strengthen product reliability, reduce defects, and support continuous improvement across the plant.
