Job summary

Ingersoll Rand Sedalia, MO is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead process improvements and drive product reliability across manufacturing and engineering teams.

You will use root cause analysis, manage corrective actions, and support ISO-compliant quality systems with ERP and MS Office tools. This onsite role emphasizes collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams to strengthen quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant progressive quality experience required in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of relevant quality experience within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years experience with MS Office Suite, to include intermediate Excel skills
• 1+ year of experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document process improvements to ensure quality and reliability.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Support ISO quality system documentation and audits.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address non-conformances and drive supplier corrective actions.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
