Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and email systems.
• Experience working with data systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the communication link between the customer plant and manufacturing facility.
• Perform first-level analysis of non-conformances and support issue resolution efforts.
• Monitor and negotiate Return Parts Per Million (PPM) metrics with customers.
