Giga Energy is seeking an onsite QA/QC Manager to own the quality program for data center construction from foundation to turnover. You will be on the floor, verify work meets design specs and codes, and drive a quality culture across subs and trades.

You will develop the site QA/QC plan, manage ITPs, coordinate third‑party inspections, and oversee NCRs to ensure timely corrective actions before work proceeds. This role requires long-term travel/relocation and strong field presence.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a QA/QC role on commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects.
• Experience developing and executing ITPs and managing NCR/deficiency tracking on active sites.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, and building codes (IBC/NEC/ASHRAE related).
• Experience coordinating third‑party and special inspections with AHJ requirements.
• Proficiency maintaining quality documentation packages for turnover and closeout.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and manage the site QA/QC program for data center construction.
• Create and execute ITPs across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, life safety, and plumbing.
• Conduct ongoing field inspections ensuring work meets drawings and codes.
• Review and approve subcontractor quality plans and submittals before work starts.
• Manage NCR process: identify deficiencies, issue NCRs, track actions, verify resolution.
• Coordinate third‑party inspections and testing (concrete, soils, structural steel, electrical).
• Maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection records, test reports, and certifications.
• Support design reviews to identify constructability and quality risk before field work.
• Assist commissioning and turnover with complete quality documentation packages.
• Report QA/QC metrics and program status to the Project Director regularly.
