Giga Energy Inc. is seeking an onsite QA/QC Manager to own the quality program for data center construction from foundation to turnover. You will lead ITPs, manage NCRs, coordinate third-party inspections, and drive accountability with subcontractors on active sites.

Based on a Houston-area project portfolio, this role requires travel/relocation and hands-on field verification to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and codes. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of QA/QC on commercial/industrial/construction projects.
• Experience developing ITPs and managing NCR/deficiency tracking on active sites.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specs, and codes (IBC/NEC/ASHRAE).
• Experience coordinating third-party/special inspections with AHJ requirements.
• Ability to maintain quality documentation for turnover.
• Detail-oriented with ability to communicate deficiencies clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and manage site QA/QC program for data center construction.
• Create and execute ITPs across trades.
• Conduct field inspections to verify compliance with drawings, specs, and codes.
• Review and approve subcontractor quality plans and submittals.
• Manage NCR process, track corrective actions, verify resolutions.
• Coordinate third-party inspections and testing.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and as-built markups.
• Participate in design reviews to identify constructability issues.
• Support commissioning and turnover with complete documentation.
• Report QA/QC metrics to Project Director.
