Qualifications

• This role requires a background in procurement or payment processes and strong Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP SRM and related IT tools to support stockroom operations is expected.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support scientific stockroom onsite for consumables and supplies, handling order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Update SAP-SRM by posting receipt of goods and close out open orders.
• Act as liaison between business and suppliers to resolve order issues.
• Track open orders and follow up with customers or suppliers to ensure proper closeout.
• Train and troubleshoot, implementing actions for efficient use of IT tools and stockroom systems.
• Investigate and help resolve invoice issues related to POs, coordinating with Purchasing and Accounts Payable.
• Coordinate and process supplier returns and reconcile PO issues with invoices.
• Build relationships with key suppliers and understand their processes and objectives.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Accounts Payable, Delivery Services, and other support areas.
• Identify ongoing process improvements to ensure accurate transactions and timely supplier payments.
