Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is looking for a Buyer to join their procurement team at the new facility in Arlington, TX. This onsite role involves strategic planning, purchasing, inventory control, and supplier management to ensure a continuous flow of materials.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of procurement experience, and proficiency in SAP. The position also offers career growth opportunities and a chance to be part of a winning team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement with demonstrated results.
• Demonstrated experience in ERP and MRP (transactional and planning module).
• Effective communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand planning through SAP and established MRP process.
• Monitor and analyze vendor performance data to identify trends.
• Act as primary point of contact for vendors regarding issues.
• Place purchasing orders and follow up with suppliers.
