The assignment runs 5+ months with a temp-to-hire path, working Tue-Thu, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, totaling about 25 hours per week. Responsibilities include handling work orders, vendor coordination, and safety/compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• Coordinate service requests, preventive maintenance, repairs, supplies, and vendor activities.
• Strong customer service and written and verbal communication skills.
• Identify issues, elevate risks, and follow through to resolution.
• Knowledge of office safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and work-order systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests, preventive maintenance, repairs, supplies, workspace needs, and vendor activities while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills with employees, leaders, contractors, and property management.
• Identify issues, elevate risks appropriately, and follow through to resolution.
• Work knowledge of office safety, security, emergency procedures, and applicable workplace policies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn work-order, purchasing, and other facilities-related systems.
• Maintain records, process invoices or purchase requests, track work, and support budget/compliance.
• Work independently or collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, protect confidential information, and provide dependable onsite support.
