Ultimate Staffing in Grapevine, TX is seeking a full-time Purchasing Planner to join our operations. The role focuses on creating and tracking manufacturer purchase orders, coordinating with Production Control, Warehouse Operations, Finance, and the China Buying Team to ensure timely procurement and inventory flow.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 1 year of purchasing/planning experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create manufacturer purchase orders and transfer tickets for production.
• Coordinate with Production Control to set priorities and schedules.
• Process local requisitions and purchase orders per policy.
• Review and reconcile vendor invoices before payment.
• Investigate PO, SO, and invoice discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Monitor open POs and supplier commitments to ensure supply continuity.
• Assist material planning by tracking supplier performance and inventory.
• Expedite backorders to meet service levels.
