VIVA USA Inc. seeks a hands-on execution lead for a Drupal-based website redevelopment, driving content strategy, IA decisions, and editorial direction with client stakeholders.

You will manage content migration, QA, and UAT, while coordinating ADA Title II compliance and WCAG 2.1 AA standards with legal and compliance teams. You will design a sustainable web governance framework, SOPs, and training materials to support post-launch operations.

Qualifications

• Significant execution leadership on large-scale website redesigns (100+ pages).
• Public-sector/government site experience with content libraries preferred.
• Experience with external vendors and professional services to drive delivery.
• Working knowledge of ADA Title II and WCAG standards as they apply to web content and design.
• Proven governance, content workflows, and digital change management experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day execution of the Drupal-based redevelopment.
• Drive content strategy, IA decisions, and editorial direction with client stakeholders.
• Lead content migration planning and execution and manage migration workflows.
• Oversee QA, UAT, and pre-post-launch readiness activities.
• Coordinate accessibility remediation and WCAG compliance with client/legal teams.
• Design and implement a sustainable web governance framework and SOPs for post-launch.
