COOLSOFT is seeking a Manager to lead a Drupal-based website redevelopment project for the Medicaid client in Jackson, MI. You will drive content strategy, IA decisions, and editorial direction with program area stakeholders and the control board, coordinating with Tyler Technologies.

You will supervise content migration, QA, and UAT, while ensuring ADA Title II compliance and WCAG 2.1 AA standards. The role demands strong facilitation and cross-team collaboration.

Competenze

• Demonstrated experience leading or serving in a significant execution role on large-scale website redevelopment projects.
• Experience with public-sector or government website redesigns is a plus.
• Ability to work with external vendors and professional services firms to drive delivery.
• Hands-on experience with website implementations and migrations.
