Job summary

Radiant Digital is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Website Modernization Project in Jackson, MS. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery of a Drupal-based redevelopment, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with government or public-sector websites, ADA/WCAG compliance, content governance, and change management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale website redesigns with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Public-sector website redevelopment experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating vendors and professional services.
• Hands-on with website implementations and migrations.
• Knowledge of ADA Title II and WCAG standards.
• Experience developing web governance or change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead website redevelopment execution with Drupal-based redesign and rebuild.
• Oversee content strategy, IA decisions, and editorial direction with stakeholders.
• Manage content migration planning and migration workflows.
• Lead QA, UAT, and pre/post-launch readiness activities.
• Drive ADA Title II compliance across the project with DOM stakeholders.
• Develop and implement a sustainable web governance framework with workflows and approvals.
• Coordinate with iTech on change-management components and staff adoption.
• Provide weekly status updates and maintain project documentation and risk logs.
• Engage with leaders across DOM program areas to gather requirements and secure approvals.
