FT, 80 hrs/pp, 1.0 FTE; (1 Position) days; varies as scheduled.Job Summary:The Decision Support Analyst, Provider Analytics is responsible for supporting clinical provider and clinic operations through data analytics, reporting, and performance measurement. This role serves as a key partner to physician leadership, operational leaders, finance, and provider compensation stakeholders by developing and maintaining compensation models, incentive calculations, productivity reporting, and performance dashboards. The analyst translates complex healthcare, financial, and operational data into actionable insights that support provider decision-making, strategic initiatives, and organizational goals. This position also provides limited analytical support related to provider contracts and other health system agreements as needed.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field required.
