Job summary

Prosser Memorial Health is seeking a Decision Support Analyst, Provider Analytics to partner with physician leadership and operations to drive data-driven decisions. You will develop compensation models, incentive calculations, and productivity dashboards to support performance initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–5 years of healthcare analytics experience. Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, business, economics, information systems, data analytics, statistics, or related field required.
• 2–5 years of healthcare analytics or decision support experience preferred.
• Experience with physician/provider compensation models preferred.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/SAP BO/ Epic SlicerDicer) preferred.

FT, 80 hrs/pp, 1.0 FTE; (1 Position) days; varies as scheduled.Job Summary:The Decision Support Analyst, Provider Analytics is responsible for supporting clinical provider and clinic operations through data analytics, reporting, and performance measurement. This role serves as a key partner to physician leadership, operational leaders, finance, and provider compensation stakeholders by developing and maintaining compensation models, incentive calculations, productivity reporting, and performance dashboards. The analyst translates complex healthcare, financial, and operational data into actionable insights that support provider decision-making, strategic initiatives, and organizational goals. This position also provides limited analytical support related to provider contracts and other health system agreements as needed.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field required.
