B.HOM Student Living is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing all on-site operations and achieving financial objectives. You will drive resident satisfaction, leasing activities, and compliance with company policies while coordinating with maintenance and the on-site team.

The role focuses on accurate reporting, budget adherence, and effective leadership in a fast-paced, growing student housing environment. On-site presence is required.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager to maximize revenue and manage expenses within budget.

• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and lease execution.
• Inspect units and common areas to ensure standards are maintained.
• Support scheduling and coordination of team activities and responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.
