Job summary

B.HOM Student Living is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in running a Georgia on-site community. This role focuses on financial accuracy, resident satisfaction, leasing support, and compliance with policies and laws.

You will help drive occupancy, manage expenses, and supervise a on-site team to deliver exceptional service. You will collaborate with the General Manager to maintain standards, train staff, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management.
• Strong understanding of property operations and financial fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and team support capabilities.
• Ability to obtain state leasing license within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations and financial objectives for the community.
• Manage rent collection and billing accuracy within PMS.
• Respond to resident service requests and ensure timely resolution with maintenance.
• Assist leasing activities including tours, applications, and lease execution.
• Inspect units, common areas, and property conditions to maintain standards.
• Support unit turns and readiness for scheduled move-ins.
• Partner with GM to implement operational standards and safety procedures.
• Prepare data for reporting and provide insights on performance.
