Job summary

Concord Capital, based in Chicago, seeks a full-time Onsite Property Manager for Aligned Residential to lead daily operations at a Chicago community. You’ll oversee leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and compliance, delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Reporting to the Director of Property Management, you’ll work with an in-house maintenance team and ownership group invested in operations. This on-site role offers autonomy and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of residential property management experience in a site-level or senior role.
• Leasing experience strongly preferred, including a track record of converting leads and hitting occupancy targets.
• Working knowledge of the Chicago RLTO, Fair Housing regulations, and local housing codes.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel.
• Proficiency in property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, RealPage, or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Occupancy: Run the full leasing cycle from lead generation to lease execution. Maintain occupancy target via proactive marketing, outreach and pricing.
• Resident Relations: Be the primary contact for residents, enforce lease terms, draft notices, and manage move-ins/outs.
• Property Operations: Conduct regular inspections, manage work orders, coordinate bids and capital improvements.
• Financial & Reporting: Collect rent, manage delinquency, prepare monthly reports, assist with budgets, and code invoices.
