Job summary

Concord Capital is hiring a full-time Onsite Property Manager for Aligned Residential in Chicago. You will oversee daily operations—leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and compliance—delivering a high-quality resident experience at a renovated community.

Reporting to the Director of Property Management, you’ll work with an in-house team and ownership focused on getting operations right. This is a hands-on site-level role with ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of residential property management at site-level or senior role.
• Leasing experience strongly preferred with occupancy targets achieved.
• Knowledge of Chicago RLTO, Fair Housing and local housing codes.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors and maintenance staff.
• Proficiency in property management software: AppFolio, Yardi or RealPage.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & occupancy: manage lead gen to lease execution and report on pipeline.
• Resident relations: be the primary contact, enforce leases, handle move-ins/outs.
• Property operations: oversee inspections, work orders, capital improvements.
• Financial & reporting: collect rent, manage delinquencies, prepare reports.
