CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Business Manager for Shadow Canyon in Hemet, CA. The role combines on-site accounting and leasing duties, and you may serve as the person-in-charge when the Community Manager is away.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of conventional/multi-family property management experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred and strong customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; Yardi or MRI experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations including accounts payable/receivable and rent processing.
• Support asset management with budgets, reports, and cost controls.
• Manage leasing through move-ins, applications, and occupancy targets.
• Maintain resident files and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with marketing to fill vacancies and retain residents.
• Act as person-in-charge in Community Manager's absence and coordinate events.
