Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the financial performance, leasing, and resident relations for our properties. The role requires coordinating with onsite staff and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of on-site property management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Yardi. Weekend availability and a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year on-site property management experience.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management software.
• Ability to review financial information and manage budgets; multitask.
• Willingness to work weekends; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial performance of the property by overseeing rents, occupancies and expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations, including handling calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and local regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff; oversee leasing paperwork completion.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections; discuss strategies with Regional PM.
• Prepare annual asset business plans and budget forecasts.
• Assign and proofs all leasing paperwork; audit lease files.
• Additional duties as assigned.
