EA Talent Solutions is recruiting a hands-on Property Manager for a Chicago area commercial real estate portfolio. You will own daily operations, lease administration, tenant relations, and financial reporting for multiple properties on-site.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial real estate, a related Bachelor's, and strong skills in Excel, Word, and property/financial software. You will manage vendors, budgets, and collaboration with brokers as the portfolio evolves.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate or property management.
• Bachelor's degree with coursework in accounting, business administration, or finance.
• Experience with financial pro formas and financial analysis.
• Sales and marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and property or financial software.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Illinois real estate license, or willingness to obtain one within the first 12 months and maintain it.
• Comfortable working onsite, full-time, in the Chicago area, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday with occasional weekend issues.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of property management for assigned properties, including daily operations, inspections, maintenance programs and repairs.
• Administer leases, maintain accurate lease data, and lead customer service initiatives that strengthen tenant relationships.
• Determine service needs, solicit bids, evaluate bids, and manage vendor contracts for utilities, snow removal, landscaping, pest control, security, and trash removal.
• Oversee collection of property revenues, approve accounts payable, monitor delinquent rent, and initiate collection activity as needed.
• Coordinate with accounting on financial statements, bank reconciliations, monthly variance and forecasting reports, and budgets.
• Manage approved capital projects, real estate tax assessments and appeals, insurance policies, and licenses for operation.
• Collaborate with leasing and listing brokers on marketing, and support brokerage and development activity as the role grows.
• Serve as emergency contact for tenant and property issues, and keep ownership informed of conditions and market trends.
