Job summary

Frontline Real Estate Partners is seeking a skilled and driven Commercial Property Manager to support the continued growth of our property management division. The role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use assets across Chicago and surrounding markets.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate maintenance and capital improvements, and ensure excellent tenant relationships while working with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial property management experience across asset types.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent communication with a professional demeanor.
• Team-oriented with integrity and sound judgment.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs across properties.
• Oversee vendor performance and relationships.
• Solicit and manage bids for maintenance and improvements.
• Conduct site inspections and document findings.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and maintain documentation.
• Foster positive tenant relationships and responsive service.
• Address rent collections and AR monitoring.
• Review leases for compliance and disputes.
• Track tenant docs including COIs and HVAC maintenance.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and CAPEX plans.
• Complete year-end CAM reconciliations.
• Generate financial reports using Yardi Voyager.
