Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Property Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional client service for an on-site office building or portfolio in Chicago. You will prepare budgets, reports, and oversee tenant improvements and capital projects, while ensuring compliance and efficient operations.

The role emphasizes budgeting, vendor management, and strong tenant relations, with a focus on growth opportunities within a Class A property portfolio. On-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or related field required.
• Real estate license required within six months of hire.
• 3+ years of commercial property management experience with tenant relations.
• 3+ years of budget development, financial analysis, variance reporting, CAM reconciliations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Yardi and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Build strong relationships with tenants; address needs promptly to boost satisfaction.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital improvements, and vendor management.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, forecasts and market analyses.
• Manage lease administration including renewals, amendments, and TI coordination.
