Anchor Pacifica Management is seeking a full-time, onsite Property Manager to oversee two apartment buildings in Los Feliz and Lomita, CA. The role includes a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit as part of compensation, and requires leadership, decisive communication, and the ability to enforce rules professionally.

You will manage tenant communications, leasing support, move-ins/outs, inspections, and regulatory compliance, while coordinating with vendors and the corporate office to ensure smooth

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years’ experience as a property manager for multi-family properties.
• Proven experience in property management or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of office procedures and phone etiquette for tenant communication.
• Excellent conflict management skills and calm under pressure.
• Proficient with Yardi Voyager and Rent Café software.
• Strong MS Office skills: Outlook, Word, Excel.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary contact for residents on rent, maintenance, and policy questions.
• Assist with leasing tours, applications, and rent comp analyses.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs, inspections, and unit turnover progress.
• Oversee property inspections and regulatory compliance.
• Manage rent collection and delinquency notices.
• Maintain tenant records and generate property operation reports.
• Coordinate repairs with vendors and oversee technician tasks.
• Communicate with corporate office to ensure seamless operations.
