Job summary

Los Angeles Property Management Group (LAPMG) seeks a Part-Time Leasing and Onsite Apartment Manager for a 2-bed/2-bath unit in Monterey Park. Live on-site with 66 hours/month workflow, primarily Spanish communication. Responsibilities include showings, lease processing, and coordinating maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual communication skills (Mandarin Chinese a plus, not required).
• 2+ years of onsite apartment management experience (within last 2 years).
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office; AppFolio is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily property walks to check cleanliness, safety, and appearance.
• Coordinate and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Communicate with residents (primarily in Spanish).
• Show and lease vacant units (currently 1 vacancy).
• Process applications and rental agreements.
• Keep common areas clean and presentable.
• Enforce community rules and policies.
• Work closely with property management team.
• Maintain notes and updates in AppFolio (preferred).
