Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead a team responsible for single-family rental homes in the Denver market. You will drive customer service, manage move-ins, oversee rent collections, and coordinate with central teams to ensure smooth operations and strong performance.

The role requires a track record in property management, supervisory experience, and a valid Real Estate license. Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and Salesforce is a plus, with a focus on optimizing the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or 5+ years of progressive property management work experience in either the single family or multi-family rental industry.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Real Estate license required (within 90 days of hire).
• Real Estate license and Property Manager Permit required in the state of Nevada.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property management staff development across move-in, cash collection, customer relations, and operations.
• Lead team to maintain high customer service and integrity in resident interactions.
• Manage daily operations and cover market leadership in absence of Regional Operations Director.
• Drive rental collections, minimize evictions, and ensure timely resident communications.
• Coordinate move-in inspections, lease sign-off, and move-in documentation; audit compliance and training.
