DASMEN Residential is seeking a full-time Property Manager to handle day-to-day operations and elevate property value. You will report to the Regional Property Manager and supervise on-site staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with housing laws.

Responsibilities include rent collection, reporting variances, coordinating maintenance, and leasing activities. A strong background in supervision and proficiency with Yardi Voyager and MS Office are required, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Prefer 3 years experience in on-site property management; 2 as a property manager.
• Must have background in supervision with a successful track record.
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Yardi Voyager; learn new systems quickly.
• Work Hours: Full-time salaried; must be available on weekends for staffing needs and emergencies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting with RPM and monitor adherence to budgets.
• Maintain monthly variances and narratives.
• Ensure rents are collected on time and deposits reported daily.
• Perform evictions, utility cut-offs, and liens for delinquent rents.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor communications and approve invoices.
• Recommend rental rates to the Regional Property Manager.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff to achieve goals.
• Provide training on leasing paperwork and safety.
