Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will perform preventative maintenance, complete work orders, and assist in preparing vacant units for leasing.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license for golf-cart operations, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Finish the “make-ready” process for vacant units and prepare for leasing.
• Access materials and track inventory, reorder as needed.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing components when possible.
