Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/2 or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate golf carts on property.
• Experience performing maintenance and repairs on residential properties.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing.
• Track inventory, return unused items, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately for records and reporting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, and assist with safety and upkeep.
