Capital Square Living is seeking a Facility Maintenance Service Specialist to uphold the physical standards of our properties in a hands-on, office-adjacent role. You will diagnose issues from work orders, perform repairs, and prepare units for new move-ins while coordinating with management to keep residents safe and satisfied.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Repair in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing and new move-ins.
• Procure supplies, complete tasks, and inspect work.
• Assist in grounds, common areas, and amenities maintenance and cleanup.
• Pressure-wash walkways and pool areas; paint curbs and signage as needed.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify safety concerns.
• Respond courteously to questions and resolve problems.
