Job summary

Capital Square Living is seeking a Service Specialist to handle technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet quality standards for safety and function. The role includes completing work orders, preventative maintenance, and preparing units for leasing at our Augusta property.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance; diagnose defects or problems.
• Perform repairs following safety standards and code requirements.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing and new move-ins.
• Obtain supplies, complete tasks, and inspect work.
• Assist in grounds and common area maintenance; basic cleaning and painting as needed.
• Respond to questions and resolve resident requests courteously.
