Job summary

Capital Square Living (CS Living) is seeking a Service (Maintenance) Specialist in Aiken, SC. The role covers technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds and amenities clean, safe and functional.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, prepare units for leasing and support property operations. This full-time, on-site position requires a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call hours, and involves routine inspections and interaction with residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance after diagnosing issues.
• Make repairs per policies, safety standards and codes.
• Prepare vacants for leasing and move-ins.
• Procure supplies, complete tasks and inspect results.
• Maintain grounds, common areas and amenities; tidy debris.
• Pressure-wash walkways and pool areas; paint curbs and signage as needed.
• Assist in property inspections to identify safety concerns.
• Address resident questions politely and resolve issues.
• Report property needs to management to keep it in good repair.
