As a Service Manager, you will lead a team, inspect work, manage inventories, and coordinate vendors to keep the community in top condition while delivering strong resident service and cost-conscious performance.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or related experience.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to diagnose problems.

Responsibilities

• Process and complete work orders from resident service requests.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant apartments and schedule vendors.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies within budget.
• Inspect work performed by team members and contractors for quality.
• Provide courteous, responsive maintenance support to residents.
