Job summary

Mission Rock Residential in Vancouver, WA is seeking an on-site Leasing Consultant to support day-to-day property operations and resident relations. Under the Property Manager, you will assist with lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out processes.

You will explain screening criteria, maintain excellent customer service, tour the property with prospects, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory surveys/reviews from residents and prospects.
• Explain screening qualifications, application criteria, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures to residents.
• Review resident files and accounting records to identify unpaid or late balances; communicate with residents and enforce the lease.
• Tour community and amenities with prospects; stay informed on apartment specs, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
