Job summary

Asset Living in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at community sites, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety and quality. You will handle service requests, preventive maintenance, inspections, and inventory while coordinating with the Community Manager.

This role requires EPA/CPO certification and HVAC experience, and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification is required; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of community and units.
• Schedule and respond to resident/management work orders.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards.
• Manage inventory and procure maintenance supplies within budget.
• Maintain preventative maintenance to extend asset life.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Assist with unit inspections and make-readies.
• Handle on-call emergency responses.
