Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• CPO certification required.
• 2+ years of handyman or maintenance experience.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing and electrical.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all service personnel including housekeeping, custodial and grounds.
• Interview and hire staff; train service teams.

• Perform daily maintenance tasks and complete work orders.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• On-call for after-hours and eviction-related lockouts.
• Assist in vendor selection and inventory management.
